Aborted clone operations can be restarted after the triggering error has be corrected.
Often the error is caused by views of the templates which have not been maintained properly. Therefore it may be necessary to correct the views manually before restarting the process.
The creation of an entire material master record may included several views. Therefore it is possible, that basic data of a new material are created, but detail views are still missing. Also in this case a manual correction or creation of the missing views is required.
In case an aborted clone operation is continued, the user will be informed.
