Within ProMaterialData this setting is only used by the ProFramework Widget "Control group selection"
Using this settings the control groups in the ProFramework widget "Control group selection" can be organized in hierarchically order. Additionally it is possible to define if a subordinate control group is handled together with its superior or can be selected optionally.
Example of a control group hierarchy for creating sales views, which are displayed as children of a plant view control group:
