This function allows exchanging the registered responsible user by another. This may become necessary after a crew change.

This function is protected by authorizations (See document ProAdmin, Customizing Manual).

Parameter	Parameter Description
Previous person responsible	Responsible person to be replaced.
New person responsible	New responsible person to be registered.
Document type	Search restriction by document type
Document	Search restriction by document number
Status	Search restriction by document status
Laboratory / Design office	Search restriction by laboratory / office
Change number	Search restriction by change number
Extended search	Starts the extended search, for details see Extended Search.
Change status log line	If activated, all users with a status in the status protocol lines for selected documents will be replaced „Old user" and „New user".
Test mode	Document info records, which have been selected acc. to the parameters above will be displayed directly in a result list, but without any action in the data base.
Show selection list	List of relevant document info records will be displayed before execution.
Execute directly	Relevant document info records will be migrated without further user input.
Write change documents	Mark this box if you want to write change documents. Attention: A big amount of data can slow down this function!

Status log should only be migrated in case of a true migration, e.g. when reorganizing the user names.

Authorization Group Migration

This function allows the migration of the field "authorization group".
