ProEasyBrowse provides a class search and an object search. A Push button will initiate the class search in the tree display and the object search in the object selection.
In the context menu of the tree display, option Search classes by keyword is available. In the context menu of the display type selection also function Search objects in class is available.

Class Search
Within a hierarchy the class search allows to search for a keyword using a search term. That means the keywords of a class as well as its description will be searched.
The classes found will be displayed compactly and the relevant classes are highlighted.

Object Search
The new object search is fully integrated in the ProEasyBrowse and all objects found are output in a standard ProEasyBrowse display.
For function Search objects in class, a window will appear and search criteria can be set.
The search result will be displayed as usually. As the display is similar to the normal object display, the display will indicate, that this is a search result.
The object search is like a filter, and the search criteria can be changed and deleted directly as necessary. The actual search criteria are listed; they can also be reset entirely.
After a class search it is always necessary to return to the complete display, using and to restart the object search.
Object Search with Support of the Hierarchy
The new object search is completely integrated in ProEasyBrowse and the search results will be displayed in a tree in the ProEasyBrowse interface. If function Search object in class is used, a criteria selection is possible.
The search result is displayed directly in ProEasyBrowse. Classes and objects are displayed hierarchically.
