The In the widget Differenceslists all the differences from which are displayed in the reference and target structure widgets are summarized. If several versions exist for a structure relationship, this information is displayed for all versions.
By double-clicking on a line with a listed difference, the corresponding line in a summary. Details can be found in the ProStructure user manual.
