A graphical adjustment dialog is available for adjusting the process. The adjustment dialog can be started by responsible persons and administrators with the function "Change" on the process.

Normal users generally do not have adjustment authorizations, but by explicitly assigning a corresponding task, the adjustment dialog can be made possible for an agent at a modeled point in time. In this case, the adjustment dialog can only be started by executing the corresponding task.

The following adjustments can be made in this dialog:

• Priority of

  Process

  process,

  Subprocesses

  sub processes, and

  Activities

  activities

• Dates of the process,

  subprocesses

  sub processes and activities

• Branch path (gate of an exclusive gateway to be activated)

• Activation and deactivation of parallel segments

• Necessary threshold for premature termination of parallel

  subprocesses

  sub processes

• Activation and deactivation of activities

• Editors of activities (add, activate, deactivate)

• Multiplication of activities

Within the graphic, editable objects are highlighted in light blue and the information that can actually be changed is underlined. Such objects can either be changed by clicking on them or an additional menu opens in which data can be edited. Objects with errors are highlighted in light red and require the user's attention.

When you start editing, the graphic is positioned so that the current object is displayed on the far left. The current object is also highlighted in light green. Image Removed
