In oder to use the ProFramework on SAP GUI for HTML, certain services must be activates beforehand.
Navigate in Transaction SICF to default_host

→ bc

→ apc
...
→ pch and activate the service cfw_core_sapgui_fe via context menu on the node
...
→ activate the service.
