Messages from when applying the structure to the SAP objects are displayed in the widget (see Checking and Using the SAP Structures):

  • These messages are saved; when a structure relationship is reloaded, the messages last saved are displayed here again.

Mark target position

If a message has a reference to an item in the target structure, you can select this item using the Select target item function. If necessary, higher-level nodes are expanded so that the item to be displayed becomes visible.
This function can also be triggered by double-clicking on the message.

Set confirmation for next execution / Set permanent confirmation / Confirm field value difference

The "Confirm field value difference" function sets the confirmation to a single field value which is different and marked as a warning or error. See also the description of the corresponding function in Maintenance of Attributes.

Certain messages can be confirmed if provided for in the settings of the relationship definition. This means that these messages are no longer treated as errors, but only output as warnings. Depending on the settings, messages can only be confirmed for the next execution (application on the target structure) or permanently.
Confirmed messages are marked accordingly in the display:

Apply change / apply all changes from reference to target

Depending on the settings can changes from the reference structure directly be applied to the target using the context menu. This applies to new and removed items and differences in field values.
