Clone process
Defines which documents can be used and which status is required to clone a document info record. The status changes will only be used by this setting if the status control for Clone; Settings/Copy has been set accordingly and only the field status FROM will be used.
Field Sequence will not be used.

In case of a mass operation for a change process for documents, the document type status TO must have a valid initial or primary status acc. to the SAP DMS settings. If other status are entered, an error message will appear and the execution will not be performed. |
