ProPLMClient is based on ProFramework.

This document describes only the specific elements and functions of the ProPLMClient, the The general ProFramework application for ProPLMClient is described in the AFW | ProFramework | User Manual.

The specifc widgets are described in Widgets for ProPLMClient.

By default, the ProPLMClient is can be started via one of the SAP transactions /PRONOVIA/PLC1 to /PRONOVIA /PLC9 or /PCH/PLC1 to /PCH/PLC9. The corresponding interface definitions are assigned to these transactions.

The transactions for the earlier product designation /PRONOVIA/PLG1 to /PRONOVIA/PLG9 may also still be used in your company.

IThe following transactions are defined in the delivery state (use of the Customizing template):

  • /PRONOVIA/PLC1 or /PCH/PLC1  (blue star) ProPLMClient – Default–PLM Objects

  • /PRONOVIA/PLC2 or /PCH/PLC2 (blue star) ProPLMClient – Default– ProPLMClient and ProAdmin

  • /PRONOVIA/PLC8 or /PCH/PLC8 (blue star) ProPLMClient – Default ProPLMClient and ProDocument

  • /PRONOVIA/PLC9  or /PCH/PLC9 (blue star) ProPLMClient - Default– all objects
