Document Status Migration

Special function to migrate the document status. This may be necessary after a modification of the status net for a certain document type.

Status entries will be modified in the document info record as well as in the status log. Change documents about status changes will not be corrected.

Standard search will not find documents with document status „FROM" only in the document info record but not in the status log. Those documents must be found with extended search transaction CV04.

The documents can be filtered additionally by customer exits. Client individual actions are also possible before and after the change process.

Max. number of documents	Restriction of number of document info records for this function, useful for tests.
Extended search	Starts the extended search, for details see Extended Search.
From	This status will be replaced in all found document info records to the status as defined under „To". Enter standard translation for status as listed in ProAdmin, Customizing-Manual . Attention: documents, which have first been handled without status, then a status has been set and now a status is assigned with this mass function (from blank to a certain status) a status log entry will be written including current date, time and user.
To	Status „From" will be replaced with this status in all document info records. Enter standard translation for status as listed in ProAdmin, Customizing-Manual.
Optional log file	Creates optional log file (see also Mass Operations).
Test mode, only display list	Relevant document info records will only be listed and displayed.
