Mass functions for the deletion flag and deletion operations for document info records.
This function must be used very carefully. It mainly serves for cleaning up data on test systems and to delete wrong data after a migration. It is not recommended to hand out authorization for this function.
The function is protected by authorizations (See document ProAdmin, Customizing Manual).
Change Deletion Flag of Document
This option allows setting and resetting of the delete flag in a selection of document info records.
Usages will not be checked. This is provided during operation (see Delete Marked Documents Definitely).

Set delete flag | If not set (default), the function searches for document info records, which have set the delete flag and resets them. If set, the selection will be vice versa and the delete flag will be set. |

Write change documents | Mark this box if you want to write change documents. Attention: A big amount of data can slow down this function! |
Delete Marked Documents Definitely
This function will delete document info records which are marked for deletion from the SAP system.
The SAP DMS standard program will be used, but opposite to a direct use it is possible to select the documents to be deleted singularly all or in a block.
Procedure:
- Selection of document type.
- Selection of documents in the list of document info records with a deletion flag and matching document type.
Data transfer to SAP-DMS standard report. As an option a deletion test is possible.
Although an input of the document type is provided for step 3, it can no longer be changed.
