Set object state of an entire structure or all selected objects. Objects are picked for a status change selecting the check box (see Selection Interface ).
Switch to the relevant object with a double click on the object line.
Context menu accessible with right mouse button on the object line. Functions in the context menu depend on function, object and position in hierarchy.

Expand part tree | Expand current and all subordinate nodes in tree display. |
Compress part tree | Compress current node, don't show subordinate objects. |
Display object | Call display transaction of current object. |
Edit object | Call edit transaction of current object. Function NOT available if object can be selected for process. |
Show original | Show linked originals of document object. |
Customer exits allow adding other functions.
