For the customizing of ProMaterialData it is recommended to use certain customizing conventions concerning abbreviations, descriptions, numbering etc. This helps to keep the customizing clear, expandable and easy to maintain.
Because of the great number of ProMaterialData concepts and applications of ProMaterialData it is not possible to define general rules, therefor the manual can give advices only how customizing convention may be defined.
