RQF App Cockpit Request Creator
Overview
The Cockpit App enables the users with the role of request creator to create, edit and submit / withdraw new requests simple and quick. It is an interactive and dynamic application which ensures the user can navigate easily through one’s own requests. The request can be visualized from multiple perspectives such as: lists, detailed object pages or interactive cards.
Cards
The application offers the following cards:
Launchpad Dynamic Tile
it shows in real time the number of one’s own initiated requests
New Request Card

navigable header, same as More… button
it enables the user to create a new request by selecting freely the type or by selecting the corresponding button with e predefined type (a list of user’s most used types)
My not Submitted Requests Card

offers the user for each listed request actions such as: edit, submit / withdraw, delete draft
My Submitted Requests Card

shows a list with user’s request which have already been submitted. The available information on card is: Request ID and description, current status and last changed date/user

Navigation
Clicking the header area of the “New Request” Card opens the same popup dialog as clicking on the “More…” button on the same card and enables the user to select freely from the dropdown a request type. On pressing enter, the form for that specific request is opened and the user may enter the data right away.

Clicking the header area of a list card opens a new view, which uses the same filter as the annotated card, and shows a list of all the requests returned for the result set.

Clicking a list item (row) on the list opens the detail view for that specific request (item).
