Display and maintain attributes

The ProIntegrationLib sets various attributes for the document info records and in the structures and their positions. These attributes are defined in ProIntegrationLib Customizing. To check these attributes and adjust them if necessary, ProConfiguration Generic CAD PlugIn provides a display and maintenance environment.

Authorization

All users are allowed to execute the display function. Special authorizations are required for maintenance, see Display and maintain attributes.

Execution via transaction

The display and maintenance function can be called directly using transaction /PRONOVIA/GCP_DOCATTR. In the selection screen, you must select the document for which you want to display the CAD attributes.
If a CAD-relevant BOM usage exists for a document, this is displayed. If more than one CAD-relevant usage exists, this is displayed, and you can choose the usage for which you want to display the attributes using a pushbutton.

Depending on the authorization, the function is offered with or without maintenance.

In general, only the CAD attributes of the CAD document are displayed from such lines. However, if the function is used on a position of a CAD structure in the ProFramework Structure Display/Relationships, the attributes from the structure position are also displayed:

Depending on whether with or without BOM / Usage, the dialog is displayed differently. The following example shows data from the bill of material:

If the user has the appropriate authorization, all attributes can be maintained directly. No input help is available.
