CFM Display Filter - User Groups

Here user groups can be newly created, modified, displayed or deleted. A user group consists of an identification, its name and the members of the group. Other user groups can also be entered as members (nested user groups).

Appropriate permissions are required to maintain and view user groups, see CFM Installation Guide.

Function

Description

Function

Description

Create a new user group.

Allows copying a user group, the user group to be copied must be entered via a dialog box.

The entered user group is edited.

Display of a user group.

The selected user group is deleted. However, the detail dialog is displayed first, in which the deletion must then be confirmed via a pushbutton.

Before deleting, it should be checked with the corresponding evaluations whether this user group is not still used (in other user groups).

Deletes the list of users completely, i.e. also the user group entered in the current list. The result is a list of SAP user names that belong to this user group.

Generally the user groups are not connected to the SAP transport system. However, this function allows transporting a user group to another client/system. The data of the selected user group is included in a standard SAP customizing request to be specified.

Makes a where-used list of the entered user group in other user groups and shows these usages.

Header data of the user group

When creating a new user group or from the Edit header data function in the detail list, the dialog for maintaining the header data is called up.
