BOM date valid to not set when setting / shifting alterative dates

The new valid to date and change number fields in the BOM items are not set, when the validity is set using the ProObject validity functions.

This has been fixed.

In case of records with wrong or missing date, the SAP report CS_BOM_VALID_TO_CALC can be used to fix these values.
