Enhancements in CFM Logistic Integration

To logistic integration has been enhanced to support plant revisions in :

• planned orders

• purchase requisitions within MRP run

To use this integration points, ProBasicLib version 9.25.0 must be installed and the new integration points ("UTI-269" & "UTI-234") must be implemented.

Bill of material/routing control: new option for "Change number not allowed".

In the ProConfiguration object relationships, settings can be defined to control BOMs and routings. Within these settings, the 'Check change number' option has been extended to support three values:

• Yes

• No

• No, change number not allowed

Support for undefined languages for CFM document objects

CFM allows you to set up document objects that use the part document number as the language key.A new option "Accept undefined languages" is now available in the object definition. With this option set, existing documents with unknown language codes can be displayed and also used in changes, i.e. new versions are allowed.This option is only intended to support old / existing documents with unknown language codes / part document numbers. Newly created documents must always use a defined language code.

Optimisation of logistics integration performance in plant revision determination

The determination of plant revisions for logistics objects is optimised. This results in much better performance, especially during MRP runs.

Logistics integration: missing / incorrect documents when printing from production order directly during creation

If a production order is released and printed directly during creation, no document determination is carried out by CFM Logistics Integration.This has been corrected and the data is now determined dynamically at this point.Please note that the new SAP integration point PRODDRUTG must be implemented for this correction to become active.

CFM Logistic Integration miscellaneous corrections

Depending on the data and parameters, the following errors may occur in CFM Logistic Integration

• Document versions that have not been released are selected.

• Documents were linked more than once.

• For production orders and purchase orders, the revision level was sometimes re-evaluated without being requested.

• When changing a planned order with a BAPI call or when converting a planned order to a purchase requisition in MD14 and MD15, then instead of plant revision the client revision is evaluated.

• Depending on transaction and data planned orders were sometimes not handled correctly.

• If in a purchase order no plant revision can be evaluated, a error message is shown, but then the client revision is selected.

• In production orders, the documents were re-evaluated after releasing the order.

• Mising information about which definitions are valid in BAdI Method /PCH/IF_PRM_LOGINT_EXT → new parameter IT_VALID_OBJECT_TYPES added

This has been fixed.

CFM LogInt customizing: the ‘Display only’ setting was not always taken into account

In the CFM Logistics Integration customizing views for selection options and control parameters, the search help allowed input on the value fields even when in display only mode.This has been fixed.
