Fixed bugs

MMS-107	Handler search help in "values to set" returns too many values	In the customisation setting "Values to set" for value groups, the search help for handlers returned handlers that were only used to read values.This has been fixed.
MMS-110	Invalid handling of values for MAKT	When writing material short texts using MVIEW:MMS with table MAKT, following errors may occur: When writing field MAKTX, the value in field 3 is automatically set with *, but then an error message is displayed that field 3 is not used in this case. Writing the field SPRAS results in a message, that this field is invalid. This has been fixed.
MMS-117	Classification values from reference material sometimes not copied	If a characteristic name is longer than 26 characters, then no value is set when copying from a reference material.This has been fixed.
