Edit/copy user settings

Provides various functions for maintaining the user settings:

• Editing the default settings. This are the user settings used if a user has not made any own settings or his settings where reset by an administrator using the function Reset User Settings.

• Editing the user settings for any user.

• Copy the user settings from a reference user to any other user.
