MMS Execution Monitor – Screen

Area A - Selection area

In the selection area the execution records to be displayed can be selected. When the ProMaterialData execution monitor is started, all incorrect and not yet executed records are displayed.
If the selection is changed, this selection is applied by pressing the Read data function key.

Area B - Deletion control

In this area the control data concerning the deletion of the execution records are displayed and maintained.

Area C - Batch Job Control

Display of the status of the ProMaterialData batch job and functions to start and stop the job.

Area D - Display / Single functions

In this area the selected execution records are displayed. The standard ALV functions are offered. By clicking on the sensitive areas and using the context menu, functions for the execution records are called up.

In area D.2 the status of the single execution sets is displayed:


	This record has been entered but not yet executed. Such records should be executed in a short time, otherwise check if the MMS batch job is running.
	This record was executed successfully.
	The execution was finished with an error. If the error message contains several lines, all messages can be displayed by clicking icon in the D.3 area.
	The record would be marked to be ignored by the administrator here in ProMaterialData Batch Monitor.
	This status means "Skipped after error due to material change". If a ProMaterialData execution error according to the settings for the control group does not lock the material and the material is processed outside the monitor, this status is set and the action can no longer be executed. This is because the database on which the ProMaterialData data is based has been changed. If the material data is to be corrected and the action is to be executed again, this must be done here in the monitor.

Material master records with a status "Actions not yet executed" or "Error" can't be edited by any user (or other process). A corresponding message with detailed information will be displayed by ProMaterialData. Error records must be corrected and successfully be executed or the action must be marked to be ignored (see functions below).

In the area D.4 the user and time when the record is inserted is displayed (this is the user which has triggered the ProMaterialData action) and who changed the record. This is on successful execution the triggering user (online), the batch user or else the administrator.| |
