Function to check the status of the system conversion server and to enable the release of locked conversion orders.
This function is similiar to SAP standard report „CONV_FREE_CONVERTER" although this report doesn't indicate locked converters and doesn't allow selections.
The function is protected by authorizations (See document ProAdmin Customizing Manual ADM | ProAdmin | Customizing Handbuch).
