The selection of the actions to be displayed is made either directly, without reference to an object, or via a material or document selection.

It should be noted that according to the settings for deleting execution logs (Einstellungen zum Löschen Ausführungsprotokolle ), the logged records are deleted after a certain time and then can no longer be displayed or executed again.

Description

Identifiction

The identification of an action record. This is the unique key of the action, which is displayed in the log in the ID column.

User

The user under which the action was entered.

Date

The date on which the action was entered.

Time

The time when the action was entered.

Not yet executed

If enabled, actions that have not yet been executed are displayed. Such records can only exist due to code cancellation, for example, due to a code error (ProNovia products or customer extension).

With error

If activated, then actions are displayed, which were finished with an error.

Old, new changes

If there are errors in an action and they are not corrected (for example, by re-executing in this function after the data has been corrected) and then a new change is executed on the same object (material or DP), the previous erroneous action is marked as obsolete. Such actions cannot be executed again.

Executed successfully

If enabled, successfully processed actions are output.

Material

Allows the display of actions that were triggered by a material master. The unique material number must be entered.

Document

Allows the display of actions that were triggered by a data package. The unique document key must be captured.
