User groups can be created, modified, displayed or deleted. A user groups consists of an ID, a description and the members of the group. A group can be member in another group (nested user groups).

For user groups, the recording of changes can be activated (see Member Lists. With Menu → Go to → View changes the change records can be evaluated.

	02	Maintain your own user groups (created by yourself).
	03	Displaying (also dissolving) user groups.
	36	Maintain user groups that have not been created by the user.

Function	Description
Image Modified	Creation of a new user group.
Image Modified	Copy of a user group, selection via dialogue window. Image Modified
Image Modified	Edition the entered user group.
Image Modified	Display the entered user group.
Image Modified	Deletion of the entered user group. Deletion must be confirmed in a second dialogue. Before deleting the user group it is recommended to control that this user group is not still used in other groups.
Image Modified	Complete explosion of the list, including all other user groups in this list. This will result in a list of SAP users, who belong to this specific user group.
Image Modified	Indication of where the user group is used in other user groups.

Definition of user group members

Field/Push button	Description
Type	List type, for SAPINT always INT.
Member List	User group which is displayed or maintained.
Responsible	Responsible for user group. Used for authorization control. See below.
Type	SAP user name INT user group (nested user group) SAP user group from user maintenance (transaction SUGR)
Member	Depends on the type.
Name	Name of group member or group (automatic filling).
Function	For type INT fix "Group member".
Inactive	Inactivation of an entry In case of longer absence, a member can be inactivated without deleting the entry.
Image Modified	Shows details to listed SAP user or user group.
Image Modified	Allows maintenance of user group's header data.
Image Modified	Explosion of entire user list, including all listed user groups. Results in a list of SAP users, who belong to this user group.
