This function allows exchanging the registered responsible user by another. This may become necessary after a crew change.

Change status log line | If activated, all users with a status in the status protocol lines for selected documents will be replaced „Old user" and „New user". |
Test mode | Document info records, which have been selected acc. to the parameters above will be displayed directly in a result list, but without any action in the data base. |
Show selection list | List of relevant document info records will be displayed before execution. |
Execute directly | Relevant document info records will be migrated without further user input. |
Write change documents | Mark this box if you want to write change documents. Attention: A big amount of data can slow down this function! |
Status log should only be migrated in case of a true migration, e.g. when reorganizing the user names.
