Mat.view trans.

Definition of the transaction in order to display a material master record directly from the object view (search or structure). Without entry, transaction MM03 will be used.

Doc.disp.trans.

Definition of the transaction in order to display a document info record directly from the object display (search or structure). Without entry, transaction CV03N will be used.

Format document key

Document key definition in the display of the MSC main dialogue. The following key words (capital letters only) will be translated.

• <DOKAR> Document type
  
• <DOKNR> Document number
  
• <DOKTL> Part document number
  
• <DOKVR> Version
  All other text will not be translated and output.

Orig.control char.

Definition of a character, which will allow overriding the default behaviour for the handling of originals. If the character is not assigned or not existing for the document info record, the handling will be act. to the standard.
The following values must be allowed in the character definition:

• " " Default behaviour
  
• "C" Copy original (clone)
  
• "D" Don't copy original / ignore
  
• "T" Don't copy original / template
  In general the handling of document originals is according the settings in Clone; Settings / Copy.

ProConfiguration Doc. Control

If BOM are cloned and the material master records have ProConfiguration relevant documents assigned, the objects are controlled in general by ProConfiguration processing scenarios (see also Clone; Settings / Copy).
If a characteristic is set and assigned to a document info record, the ProConfiguration processing scenario will be overrode for this document.
The following values must be allowed in the character definition:

• " " Default behaviour (Process.Scen.)
  
• "C" Always new DIR without reference
  
• "R" Link (if allowed)
  
• "D" Ignore document
  
  The following rules will be applied:
  
• If option „D" is set and the relevant object in the ProConfiguration is not optional, option „C" will be used
  
• If option „R" is used and the document cannot be linked (cannot be used multiply), the option will be ignored.
