This task allows the status change for multiple objects. The used objects can either be from the main object of the process and/or from objects from a defined object list.
In the following example, the main object - a material - as well as three material groups on the object list (OL) will be used for the task.
Process data:

Main object

Material groups on the object list
On the tab 'Basic data' of the task, you choose which objects will be usedn.

Here both the main object as well as the object list in general is the source of the objects
Which objects from the object list exactely are used ist defined on the next tab 'Object list'. All groups with a marked checkbox 'selected' are candidates.

Materials from two of the three groups are selected
You define the status to be set on the tab 'Further settings'. That status should be setable for all used objects, so it makes sense to choose objects only from the same objects type in one task at once. After the execution of the task, a popup displays all status changes that were made with a information message. An error message is displayed for objects of which the status change could not be done. Depending on the taks setings, this could prevent the completion of the task.
