In case it is possible to select a change number without restrictions, it will be checked whether the change number is not yet used in another relevant change in this configuration. Depending on the settings, the change master record for the revisioning will check that for each revision the validity is behind the validity of the former revision. If this requirement is not fulfilled, a message/log will be issued by ProConfiguration.
