The users in our support center are also assigned to your respective company / organization. Generally, the tickets of the users are also managed privately within their organization, i.e. each user can only see his tickets. However, this can be changed by our support team on request so that the users can see all tickets of the company / organization.

If you wish this, please make a corresponding message to us in the Support Center.
