If there are activities that can be changed manually, the corresponding functions are available on the top left of the activities. An icon indicates whether the activity is activated.
The activity is active.
The activity is not active.
The activity is activated by conditions.
The activity has errors and actions are necessary (for example, due to missing agents). |
Activating an activity can lead to errors, because the activation requires the maintenance of agents, for example.
However, you must distinguish between two types of error:
An activity that is active and cannot be deactivated by the user must not contain any errors, since deactivation is not provided for in the definition of the activity. The activity is marked as incorrect with the icon. The user can only save if the errors have been corrected.

An activity that can be changed by the user can always be deactivated. Therefore, if an error occurs, the activity is colored light red but marked as inactive with an icon , even if the user explicitly activates it. The activity remains inactive until the errors have been corrected. Saving is possible despite errors, since the activity is deactivated automatically in this case.
