All new ProNovia applications are based on the ProFramework. The sections following describe the usage of ProChangeDoc in ProFramework applications.
ProChangeDoc in widget "Object relation"
Contents and specially the title of the relation widget are freely definable in customizing. The screen shots below are just examples.
If for a document info record ProChangeDoc is configured, then in the ProFramework relation widget the change document and assigned functions are displayed.
If no change document is assigned and the current document status allows the creation, then the corresponding function is available:
If a change document is assigned, then this is displayed including any original files:
Depending on status various functions for editing and display are available on the change document and any original files.
ProChangeDoc in the ProConfiguration configuration
This description is only valid for the ProConfiguration configuration as ProFramework widget and is available with ProConfiguration (CFM) V6.
Within the ProConfiguration configuration a change document assigned to a document info record is displayed in a separate column. Note that columns can be configured freely, also if they are displayed or not.
If a change document has assigned an original file, this file can be displayed directly by clicking on the corresponding ProChangeDoc icon.
