ESB Basic Settings

In the basic settings, the class groups will be defined, which are assigned to the classes and will control the displays of ProEasyBrowse.

Details about the different display types are described in Display Types. For details about class groups please refer to Class Groups.

Class Gr. Tree	Class group for hierarchic tree display.
Class Gr. Pic.	Class group for display with pictures.
Class Gr. Selec.	Class group for object display in a hierarchic list.
Icon
Icon Tree	Icon which will be displayed for class type „tree", when hierarchic node is not expanded. Without entry, standard icon ICON_DISPLAY_TREE will be used.
Icon Tree Exp.	Icon which will be displayed for class type „tree", when hierarchic node is expanded. Without entry, standard icon ICON_DISPLAY_TREE will be used.
Icon Picture	Icon which will be displayed for class type „picture", when hierarchic node is not expanded. Without entry, standard icon ICON_GIF will be used.
Icon Pic. exp.	Icon which will be displayed for class type „picture", when hierarchic node is expanded. Without entry, standard icon ICON_GIF will be used.
Icon Selection	Icon which will be displayed for class type „selection". Without entry, standard icon ICON_OBJECT_LIST will be used.
Use „Settings for characteristics in Search Res. (display)".	Normally for the object display the characteristics are listed in alphabetic order. Activating this option, it will become possible to add an additional display option for the master data of a class to define an alternative display order of characteristic. Additionally the sorting can be defined. How to define the display option is described in Characteristic Display Option.
Use new search	Since version ProNovia ESB 2.2 an extra search function is available to find classes and objects. Its functionality equates SAP standard, but search and display of results are fully integrated in ProEasyBrowse. Since version ProNovia ESB 2.5 an other extra search function is available. The integrated object search with hierarchy support.
