SWF_GMP | General Administrator Cockpit for monitoring the most important parameters. Faulty work items and a problem with job administration can be easily detected.

SWF_APPL_DISPLAY | Display of the very extensive workflow log. If an error occurs, it may contain further information on the errors. |

SWEQADM | Administrator Cockpit for the event queue. Used to set up and activate the queue, but also to monitor the events. |
SWEQBROWSER | Event queue browser to display events which are still in the queue |
SWETYPV | Maintenance of type linkages. Mainly used to reactivate existing linkages, if they have been deactivated for any reason. |
SWEINST | Maintenance of instance linkages. Instance linkages are created automatically for each workflow and its subobjects. In contrast to the general type linkages, these are concrete events that only deal with one single object (for example, the end of a status change). |

SWU_OBUF | Synchronizing the runtime buffer for the current client |
SWI1_RULE | Repeat agent determination. This function can be used if editors are added via the surface of ProProcess or via role editing, but the new editors do not become active. This occurs if the work item is locked by a user at the time of the change. |

SWDM | Workflow Explorer for displaying various workflows on the system |
RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE | Administrative transaction for maintaining substitutes. This can also be used to remove substitutions that are not required / wanted. |

SWI6 / SWI14 | Display workflows for object type. The object type is the ABAP classes defined under BPF Objects . If necessary, selection can also be done via a linked BOR object. The restrictions enable selection according to a workflow (under Task) or several workflows if a corresponding task group has been created. The result also roughly shows the progress of the workflow in the detail area. |
