Object Relevancies

Object relevancies will control the behavior of objects in a data package and therefore also the behavior of objects of a material (configuration type).

Note about sorting

Within a data package the object relevance will be sorted standardly according to the type:

01 Other, no relevance display, top position

02 Primary

03 Secondary

04 Secondary languages

05 Inherited documents

06 Basic material

07 Third

08 Other objects with relevance display

09 Other without relevance display, position down

If this order shall be changed, the sort sequence can be modified using the sort field.

Data Packages

A data package is an object of the ProConfiguration, which is grouping the document objects. The data packages of a KOFIMA-Item are used to structure objects which are necessary to describe the materials. The grouping of the documents in a data package is mostly based on the significance and the chronological sequence.

For each data package the possible objects are defined in the subsequent setting.
