DBVAL:MMS – Free Table Access
Value Handler | Filter field 1 | Filter field 2 | Filter field 3 |
---|---|---|---|
DBVAL:MMS | Table | Field | Key value for data base access. If values in the keys contain one of the special characters # or /, these must be specified with the escape character #. Example: Value: YES/NOIn MMS Customizing to be entered as: YES#/NO |
This handler will only read, therefore be used for the filters. Option „use changed data" will be ignored.
If the table has more than one key field, the values must be separated with „ / „. The value for the client is never required. The wild card character * is supported. If by using this multiple values are returned, then this values are OR checked. If one of them is valid, the filter is checked positive.
Example:
Value <MATNR> refers to the current material number of the ProMaterialData process. Value <REFMAT> refers to any REFMAT:MMS – Access to data of a reference material.
The filter in the example on the right is valid, if plant 0001 was created for the current material, regardless, if the plant view is under maintenance or not.
But this filter is not valid, if the plant is currently created! If necessary, two selection rules must be created: One for MVIEW:MMS, with higher priority and one with a value from DBVAL:MMS.
