Sort in customizing

The table views of the ProNovia customising settings can generally be sorted. Two functions "Sort in ascending order" and "Sort in descending order" are offered for this purpose.

Sorting is available from UTI V9.23 onwards and in minimum SAP_BASIS release 757 is required.

Procedure

Position on a value in the desired column.
Select the corresponding sort function.

Sort by several columns

Sorting is "stable", i.e. a previous sort is retained in the same values of a new sort.

An Example:

Assuming that the document types (DMC Brwsdoctype) and within a document type are to be sorted by designation, proceed as follows:

Position on a value in the "Description" column
Select the desired sorting for "Description"
Position on a value in the "DMC Brwsdoctype" column
Select the desired sorting for "DMC Brwsdoctype"
