Preparations for SAP GUI HTML

In oder to use the ProFramework on SAP GUI for HTML, certain services must be activates beforehand.

  1. Navigate in Transaction SICF to default_host → sap → bc → apc → pch and activate the service cfw_core_sapgui_fe via context menu on the node → activate the service.

  2. Navigate in Transaction SICF to default_host → pch → cfw → sapgui and activate the service scripts via context menu on the node activate the service.

These steps must be repeated in every system, in which ProFramework Components on SAP GUI HTML shall be used. SICF Service activations are not transported.

Depending on installation, this setup is also required for using SAP Netviewer Business Client.
