CFM Transactions and Authorizations
In general the ProConfiguration processes and functions are running integrated within standard SAP objects, such as material master or document info record. To process the relevant objects the standard SAP transaction and object authorizations are required.
The ProConfiguration specific transactions and authorizations are listed below. They are necessary for system administrators to set-up profiles of ProConfiguration users and administrators.
If authorizations for ProConfiguration are required, it will be referred in the descriptions too.
Transactions
Transaction | Description / Function |

SPRO | Central SAP customizing, in which under the node "ProNovia AG products" the ProConfiguration customizing can be made. See UTI Integration & Enhancement manual. |
/PRONOVIA/CUST | Starts the central ProNovia product administration. See UTI Integration & Enhancement manual. |
/PCH/CFMADM | Starts the ProConfiguration administrator environment (controlling, utilities and reporting). |
/PCH/CFMMUD | Starts the ProConfiguration multiple used documents monitor. Note restirctions by authority:

/PCH/CFM | Transactions for starting ProFramework applications. These transactions can only be used if they are assigned to a AFW application. |
/PRONOVIA/PRMWB | Starts either the old CFM Workbench (old Configuration display) or a new ProFramework application. If this transaction is assigned to an ProFramework application, then ProFramework is started, else the old CFM workbench executed. |
/PRONOVIA/PRMX1 | Internal transaction which cannot be called up directly. Used by ProConfiguration to create follow-up materials. Any user allowed running transaction MM01 should also be allowed to run this transaction. |
Authorization
SAP authorization objects can not be implemented in the ProNovia name space /PRONOVIA/. Because of this, the ProNovia authorization objects are created in the customer name space Z_.
All ProNovia authorization objects are described online within the SAP System. See central ProNovia product administration → UTI → Tools → Documentation Authorization Objects.
