CVE Forms: Error Messages of hidden fields not displayed

If fields are hidden in the form definition by hiding one of the containers in which they are contained, a error message regarding this field is not displayed. This has been corrected.

Possible runtime error OBJECTS_TABLES_NOT_COMPATIBLE in /PCH/CL_CFW_MDL_ECM_OBJECTS and /PCH/CL_CFW_MDL_ECM_ALTDATES

Under certain Circumstandes the runtime error OBJECTS_TABLES_NOT_COMPATIBLE in /PCH/CL_CFW_MDL_ECM_OBJECTS can occurr in class /PCH/CL_CFW_MDL_ECM_OBJECTS method NODE_REFRESH_INT. This has been corrected. This only occurrs if the widget has an active customer specific field enhancement.
