AFW-492 Selection Screens: no support for role names / semantic domains for checkboxes and radio buttons

In ProFramework selection screens, radiobuttons and checkboxes do not support rollnames and therefore no explicit documentation support. Support via table/tablefield is supported however. This has been corrected.
