[#13453] Neuer Navigations-Handler für URL

Es steht ein neuer Navigationshandler /PCH/CL_OBJ_URL_HANDLER zu Verfügung, mit dem die Navigation zu bestimmten URL (z.B. Fiori Apps) ermöglicht wird.
