Set/change/delete Characteristic Value

Allows setting, changing and deleting single characteristic values, independent on the document status or settings in the characteristic definitions (e.g. display only).

Using the change management the validity of the characteristic value can be determined dependent on the key date or dependent on parameters. If the class type is set, this function cannot be used.
