Show Conversions with Error / Restart Conversion

Within a limited data range this function will search incorrect conversions and offers a restart. This can be helpful, when a conversion server wasn't functioning correctly over a certain period of time and all conversion jobs during this time period have to be repeated. This function can also be used for a daily control of the conversion. Without any input it will be indicated whether the conversion was possible or not. Only the last conversion of a document will be relevant.

This function can only evaluate and display the described data, when in the conversion specifications (SAP customizing) option „Additional messages at beginning and end of each conversion" are set.

Search log … days back	Search for inputs in the application log for conversion, which are not older than … days.
Also show successfully converted documents	If set, also log entries of successfully converted documents will be listed.
Standard log display with selection for conversion	Conversions found will be listed with standard log display. Then all documents which shall be re-converted can be selected (see also below). Else if this option is not activated all found documents will be selected for re-conversion.
Control display before starting conversion	Before calling the re-conversion another screen with all selected documents will appear.

At least one of these options must be selected.

Additional Functions in the Log Display

The standard log display has been extended with the following additional functions:
