Technical Background MS Word

Single values from the SAP system are stored under user-defined file properties. In order to show the value in a Word document, a field with function DocProperty and name of the property must be inserted.

Tables are filled starting at a bookmark to be inserted in the very first column of the row where the filling has to start. Existing content starting from this point will be removed and replaced by the content supplied from SAP.

Data for table filling is never provided by standard ProOffice. Any data for table filling must be inserted in the corresponding buffer using the corresponding ProObjectLib Office Integration enhancement points. See ProOffice Integration and Installation for more information.
