Execution of check and release processes

A review or release process on an object is a status change on that object. If not already done, on document objects the document is revised.

Execution of change processes

If a change process is started, a status change and the corresponding revision is made on material objects.

Document objects are versioned and, if necessary, the revision is also written.

In the case of change processes via document structures, the versions in these structures are automatically adjusted. The current highest version is always used.

Execution of customer-specific actions

Which actions are executed for customer-specific actions is completely determined by the corresponding customer-specific program code.
