Application Toolbar

The main process modeling functions are located in the application toolbar.

The functions can change depending on the current context. Some functions are only available if customizing data and/or repository objects can be changed in the current client (see also ).

The following functions are available:

Saves the current changes. Please follow the instructions for .

Navigates to the previous object. If the previous object belongs to another process, processing of the current process is terminated after confirmation.

Ends the process modeling. The changes are discarded after corresponding confirmations.

Cancels processing of the current process. All unsaved changes are discarded.

If a process is being edited, you can switch to display mode. All unsaved changes are discarded after confirmation.

Switches to change mode.

Displays the graphical overview of the process.

Checks the current process. Errors and warnings are displayed in separate .

Activates the current process version. If a process is activated, an SAP Business Workflow template is automatically generated. Depending on its complexity, this process can take a moment.
If another version is currently active, it is deactivated automatically.

Deactivates the process version. Only available if it is currently active.

Changes to processes are automatically recorded according to the client settings. If transport is generally allowed, you can use this function to manually add the entire process version including all subobjects to a transport request.

Deletes the process or the current process version. Regard the notes in .

Deletes the object currently displayed, including any subobjects.
