Activation Product Integration on System
Field | Description |
---|---|
Tool-ID | Product ID, as listed in the central Customizing environment. |
Activation | Defines whether the product is activated in general and if so, how the selection "Single integration point" is handled:
|
User. Spec. | Definition whether the product shall be activated for all users or if not, how the user groups shall be handled. This setting is used in combination with assigned user groups according User Specific Activation of Products.
Even if a product is deactivated for a user, certain integration points remain active. These are those which are necessary for checks / securing data consistency. |
Selection of Individual Integration Points
If a product is activated as described under General Activation Product Integration | Activation Product Integration on System, this setting allows to activate or deactivate single integration points, depending on the options used.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Integr.Point | Integration point which shall be activated or deactivated for the selected product. This can be a BusinessAddIn (BADI) or a function exit (CUST EXIT). |
Special Call Sequence and Parameter
This setting allows to change the order of the calls to the products and also to call a product multiple times in an integration point. This option is meant for internal use only and should be only used in consultation with ProNovia.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Integr.point | Integration point for which a special call sequence shall be defined. |
Sq. (Sequence) | Sequence of call. See General Activation Product Integration | Special Call Sequence and Parameter.1. |
Tool-ID | Product ID, for which this sequence shall be defined. |
Parameter | Additional parameter for this call. See General Activation Product Integration | Special Call Sequence and Parameter.1. |
Special Call Sequence and Parameter
Within different integration points several ProNovia products will be called. The default call sequence is as follows:
Integration point | Default call sequence |
---|---|
BADI BOM_EXIT.START_SCREEN_CHECK |
|
BADI DOCUMENT_STATUS01.AFTER_CHANGE_STATUS |
|
BADI DOCUMENT_MAIN01.AFTER_READ_DATA |
|
BADI DOCUMENT_MAIN01.BEFORE_SAVE |
|
BADI DOCUMENT_NUMBER01.DOCVERSION_GET_NEXT |
|
CUST EXIT MGA00001 / EXIT_SAPLMGMU_001 / ZXMG0U02 |
|
The OLM double calls are necessary. Only this way dependencies from PRM to OLM and vice versa can be handled correctly.
Certain situations require other sequences. This customizing setting allows to override the default settings.
Without entry in field Sq (sequence) the default call sequence is use. Manually registered sequences will always be run BEFORE any default call sequence. The screen shot above leads to the following call sequence:
PRM (manually defined sequence 10)
OLM (manually defined sequence 20)
PRM (manually defined sequence 30)
MMS (default sequence 4)|
Selection of Individual Integration Points

Field | Description |
---|---|
