Creation of a new version or with template

Several versions can be created for a structure relationship. A new version is always a 1:1 copy of the structure relationship from which it was created.

Depending on the settings, the status of the direct predecessor version or of all predecessor versions is set to completed.
A structure relationship can also be created with a template. In this case, the same reference structure as the template is always used, but to a different target structure. The structure "built" in the template is taken over.

One application is the transfer and further adaptation of structures to different organizational units.
