Members

A list of persons can be defined in various places. Depending on the context, these may be persons responsible, agents, and so on. Depending on the type of list, different types and setting options are available.

The following recipient types are currently available:

User
Rolls Roles can either be maintained outside process modeling in Customizing (see Maintaining roles ) or created and changed directly in modeling. Any ID can be specified for the creation. After the data has been validated, an error is displayed, but a function for creating the role is available in the Name column. If a role already exists, you can either display it or change it.
Expressions With the help of expressions (see Expression Editor ), any data available in the process can be linked. Since a user or a list of users is always expected as the result, only those data nodes are displayed in the expression editor that can also contain matching values.
